Welcome to Marquee Hire City! We are a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality marquee and equipment hire services to our customers. Our company has been in the industry for many years, and we have worked hard to earn a reputation for reliability and excellence.
Marquee Hire City has been making events happen for well over a decade. Andrew McLean now owns and operates the business from premises in Pakuranga, servicing all parts of Auckland and on occasion the Waikato and Northland.
Prior to owning Marquee Hire City, Andrew operated nine service stations in the Eastern Waikato and Coromandel. He also taught in New Zealand and overseas. An avid traveller, Andrew has been to over 60 countries including watching the Mass Games in North Korea, climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, and running the Tehran Marathon so he could say: “I ran Iran”.

Our marquees are New Zealand made so you can be assured they are the highest quality available to you. We can provide all the necessary documentation for peace of mind which includes (and is not limited to): full engineering reports of our marquees / fire safety specifications as well as Site Specific Safety Reports and any and all consents that would need to be included.

For large events, and if time allows, we are more than happy to come out to your location for a complimentary consultation to measure your space and make sure you will receive the perfect marquee! We can also include a private table dressing, or a visit to our showroom where we can share the many different styling options with you personally.
